Suggested Usage:
-Build your base with matte shadows.
-Pick up the metallic shades using a dense, flat brush for a soft, metallic finish. For a full-coverage foil effect, add a layer of metallic using your fingers or sponge applicator.
-Using a wet eyeliner brush or lip brush, blend water on the cake liner and apply on lids (over eyeshadow or directly on skin) to create your desired look.
-Please note that cake liner pops better directly onto skin. The cake liners come to life once you dip a wet brush into the pan, creating a creamy liquid consistency which dries to a vividly bold, matte finish.
